Other than that, Trenggalek district also got a Human Rights (HAM) Care predicate for being respectful, protecting, progressing, asserting, and fulfilling the human rights (P5 HAM), and other several achievements.

By his presence as a speaker in this edition of Airlangga Forum, Mochamad Nur Arifin, often known as Gus Ipin, shared his stories while he studied in Economy and Business Faculty Universitas Airlangga in 2007. In this chance, this number-one person in Trenggalek district also stated his interest and antusiasm to collaborate in developing Universitas Airlangga along with Trenggalek district.

Gus Ipin also explained about his ideals of development which are written on 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is to protect all the people of Indonesia and their entire homeland also advance general prosperity. All of the orders from the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia will not be effective if it does not involve women. The targets of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) can be achieved if the education itself, starts from the household, go well. Therefore, the sustainable livelihood has to be supported from households. In this discussion, he also pointed that Trenggalek district was once included in 10 Districts in Indonesia which became a priority in handling stunting cases. However, in this present time, for about two years in a row, Trenggalek district has become a national awardee and a convergence in handling stunting cases. This cannot be aparted from the women’s rule, especially the mothers. Therefore, Gus Ipin also delivered his wishes to be a part of Postgraduate School Universitas Airlangga in Women Empowerment Master Program since women have important role in development as stated by the Proclamator, Ir. Soekarno. Like two wings of a dove in which both have to be flapped so that the dove can fly.
