Master of Science and Law Science Development Program Faculty of Law Airlangga University was held in order to take part in improving the quality of human resources based on law, producing personnel with legal profession non legal based on sustainable. The Master of Science Program in Law and Development Studies is an S-2 study program which provides opportunities for graduates to improve the academic level, competence, and skills of non-legal professions, so there is no sharp gap between legal development and human resources availability. The curriculum of the Master of Science Studies Program in Law and Development is aimed at mastering the academic aspects and competencies of understanding legal concepts and analyzing legal phenomena in a multidisciplinary perspective. The curriculum is designed in line with the development of national or international law in line with the growth of technology, economics and industry so that be a student to compete in the global market.
The Master of Science and Development Postgraduate Program of Airlangga University is located in the center of Surabaya City which is the second largest city after Jakarta. The development of educational programs in the Master of Science and Development Postgraduate Program of Airlangga University uses Semester Credit System as an effort to support and sustain the efficiency of education in accordance with the national education system.
The Master of Science and Development Postgraduate Program of Airlangga University has a vision to support the vision of an independent, innovative, leading and adaptive Faculty of Law in the region (ASIA), a legal education pioneer who understands legal matters with a multidisciplinary perspective based on high morality. The planned can be realized 10 years into the future.
